Communication <br>and Cryptography, will be held at the National University of

are welcome for talks or posters on, well, the theory of <br>quantum

open-access tradition with accepted talk <br>and selected poster abstracts being 
published electronically in the <br>LIPIcs series, but with authors retaining 
rights to their work (and in <br>particular, the right to publish elsewhere).
